Around Town

I thought I would give you a small glimpse of life for us around town doing everyday things. First, we are headed to the market to buy peaches. The have been great for making peach crisp and putting into cereal! I bought about 8 peaches today for 50 cents, not bad!!

Here is our friends who sell us pork. They are so funny and love to see Sadie. We have made some great pulled pork and pork tenderloin!

And here is an indoor market that sells things from clothes, to plants, to books, even Crocs! I love going here and Clark...well, let's just say it's not his favorite place :)

Oh, oops, I guess I got out of order, we are back at the market. This guy wanted his picture taken, so we gladly obliged...

Here is our friend who we buy vegetables from. She was hesitant to get her picture made but then gave us a great big smile!!

As we were walking around town the other day, we saw this man using his mouth to write on the sidewalk, I am guessng he was writing out his story so that he could ask people for money. Not really sure, but it was amazing to see him using his teeth to write Chinese characters!

And this is a sight that happens daily. People wanting to see the foreign baby. Sadie loves it! She waves at them and blows them kisses, they love it!

I just couldn't help but include this picture, this man made me laugh, hope it makes you laugh too!
