Answers to our First Question...

Okay, first of all, this picture was supposed to be at the bottom of the post, but I always forget to add the pics until the end, so you can look at the pictures first and then read the post! This is us at Pizza Hut!!

Well, I have received the first question of hopefully many more! If you are confused on what this is about, go back to the previous post and read the comment section and you will see the questions being asked....I was asked about the food, particularly if there was American food.
Well friends, yes, we do have SOME American food! Not much, but some is better than none! When I first came to Asia back in 2001, we had none! No Mcdonalds, no KFC, nothing. Well, in our city, we have about 4 or 5 KFC's a McDonalds that is being renovated, Pizza Hut and a place called Aarons. First...KFC...we enjoy going to KFC here. I didn't so much in America but you would be surprised what you choose when you don't have much!! We get the number 2 chicken sandwich. The closest thing to Chick Fil A that you can get! Clark gets it spicy, I get it not spicy and plain. And sometimes when I am ready for a change, I get chicken nuggets!! :) Then onto Pizza Hut (not in one day mind you!) but Pizza Hut, we LOVE this place!! It is just so relaxing and just feels like you can just take a break from the outside world. And the best part...they have a highchair for Sadie! We have made friends with the workers there and are excited to see where those friendships lead. We always get a supreme pizza, minus mushroom, green pepper, onion, and black olives. That leaves with a meat loves pizza :) You just can't order a meat lovers pizza!! And now onto Aarons....Aarons is a restaurant in town that has been modeled after Outback, yes Outback! You have these great booths that give you privacy from all the stares. And the best part, you can get a steak dinner for about 5 bucks! Thats a steak, potato, salad and bread for a low price of 5 bucks! We enjoy our little get away here too!
So, that is a quick overview of a few of the American places that we can go to. Of course we have our favorite Asian places too. Food that will just melt in your mouth because it's so good...just might have to wait until another post!!!
