We have been on the move again...this time we headed down south of our country to Southeast Asia. It seems that Sadie has been on a plane way more than other kids her age...here she is sitting in my seat taking a break until the plane took off.....
This is the resort where we stayed. It was beautiful, we really enjoyed taking Sadie to the pool while we were there. This the view from our room....
Sadie's first time in the pool...we knew she would love it because she loves bath time. She loved kicking her legs and swimming around in her float. She is a little fish for sure!
Here we are enjoying a yummy dessert at Hard Rock Cafe...you will notice that Sadie is sleeping, always a nice way to enjoy a meal....
Fun times on an elephant...she loved sitting up there pretending like she was on a real elephant, the fun part is we had just been on a real elephant the day before, she didn't have to pretend then!
We also enjoyed walking on the beach and letting Sadie put her feet in the sand. The last time she was at the beach was when she was 6 weeks old.
In this country the use the bed of a truck for their local transportation. They have put two benches in the back and put a roof over the top and you just jump in and let them know where you want to go. Here is our family picture in their form of a taxi....
Sadie is such a nut! She loves to play with my nursing cover, I snapped this picture right when she had it over her head, she was so cute!!!
Here we are with our friends in the airport. I am feeding Sadie but if you look closely you will see Little Person Number Three trying to "nurse" her little baby just like her Aunt Laura.
On our way back to our home, we stopped by Beijing to go shopping at IKEA. It was lots of fun, we bought a couch, chair, Sadie's bed, bookshelf and some lamps. They should be delivered this week, can't wait to show you the pictures!! Anyway...so this is us at Tianamen Square. It was so fun for Clark to be there and actually see something that he had always seen in pictures.
Look No Hands!! Our little girl makes us laugh all the time...she is so funny!!
In Beijing, they have a place called Grandma's Kitchen. They have wonderful food!! It is kind of like a small Cracker Barrel. Clark loved it, they actually had Diet Dr. Pepper!!!
Well, that is the end of our journey....hope you enjoyed traveling with us down to southeast Asia. We are back home getting back into the swing of things here. We still have a lot to do to make this place feel like home, but slowly it is getting better and better. We hope you all are having a great week!
